What to expect during a HERS Test

As a contractor, what can I expect from a HERS Test from CRDS?

At CRDS, not only do we have some of the most professional & friendly HERS Raters in the business, we have our HERS Testing down to a science. You can expect us to pass your tests quickly & efficiently.

- Once you schedule your test with our office, one of our certified HERS Raters will dispatched to the job site. Prior to arriving to the job site, our HERS Raters will know what tests to perform based off what equipment was installed.

- Once we arrive, we will introduce ourselves with yourself as well as the homeowner and proceed to carry out the testing in a timely & professional manner. Our HERS Raters are equipped with shoe covers, eliminating leaving behind any trace that we were ever there.

- If we come across any hiccups during the testing, we will notify you immediately and assist in finding the issue, giving you an ease of mind that your test will pass. Once we finish the test, we can then proceed to printing your required forms on site, eliminating the need for you to return after the job is finished.

- You can rest assured that CRDS will take care of you & your clients. We will provide any & all forms that are required for finalization of your permit.
